This is a workshop focused on cultivating a safe space for participants to examine dead, dry, areas and receive new life. It is designed to help you move from the darkness of trauma to the light of hope. Whether you’ve faced loss, trauma, or moments of despair, this workshop offers a safe space to explore your emotions, express yourself creatively, and find the strength to rebuild.
Led by a survivor who has turned her own story of childhood trauma into a testament of healing.
